I'm Derek Lauber — executive coach and leadership facilitator, dual citizen, based in Munich.

For more than twenty years I've worked with senior leaders navigating the moments that ask the most of them — when the tools that built the career stop working, when the role and the life are pulling in opposite directions, when something has to change and the path forward isn't clear yet.
